I haven't quite gotten to making anything for Thanksgiving yet, but I do have a menu planned. The recipes will be up this week some time, but here's the tenative menu:

SIDES: Cauliflower "Gratin," Mashed Potatoes, Vegan Stuffing in White Wine & Herbs, Yams, etc.

BREAD: Vegan Sweet Rolls with Cinnamon "Buttery Spread"
DESSERT: Souffle maybe?
