Ingredients:
1 avocado, pitted and halved
1 (16 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. red onion (to keep the avocado from browning)
2 tbsp. olive or canola oil
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame tahini
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup pine nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Add of the ingredients to your food processor, and pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Top with pine nuts and serve with tortilla chips.
