Mixed Berry Smoothie:


Looking for something that will fill you up in the morning without weighing you down? This smoothie is your answer. It's sweet (but not too sweet), and filling. This makes the perfect breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup frozen peaches (optional)
1/3 cup spinach
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tsp. ground flax (optional)
A few mint leaves (optional)

Makes 1 smoothie.

Instructions:

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

2. Pulse until well blended.
