Blueberry, Mint, and Lemon Water:

(This is what I woke up to on this lovely Monday morning). ☮☺

If I'm still studying or working after a few pots of coffee, I usually make something like this. It's so refreshing and easy to make. Tips: add some green tea for a little extra flavor, or add some gin for a little extra fun (when you're not at work or studying, that is).

3/4 pitcher cold water
1 lemon, sliced
1/2 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup ice (more or less)

1. Smash the mint with the back of a wooden spoon or with a mortar and pestle, until fragrant.

2. Add the ice, water,  mint, and blueberries to a large pitcher. Squeeze some of the lemon juice in and then add the lemons. Stir well. Enjoy. ☺
