Important: Vitamin B-12 for Vegans:


I just wanted to remind everyone that it's very important that vegans get enough B-12. You can do this by either:

♡ Taking a supplement, or
♡ Eating B-12 fortified cereals or other foods: nutritional yeast, some soy products, etc.
